CURATORIAL SUMMARY

This proposed exhibition stages a poetic confrontation between human intuition and machine optimization.

 

At its core is ARTISTMARK, whose iPad-based artworks emerge from a tactile, emotionally charged process—digitally native, yet deeply personal by blending his distinct, contemporary drawings with a curated collection of applications, explores what it means to emotionally feel and physically create in a world where cognition is increasingly leaning towards synthetic vs. organic minds.

 

This is an exhibition to feel through digital art, which resembles the “new analog” in the AI world.  Opposite this lies a curated spectrum of AI-generated works: trained models, predictive systems, and synthetic aesthetics untethered from lived experience.  Together, these poles present not an opposition, but a thought-provoking provocation.

 

ARTISTMARK’s painterly touch on the iPad — equally part choreography and improvisation—stand in defiance of frictionless automation. His is unique not just in form, but in ethos: to preserve the soul of experimentation in a world increasingly curated by algorithms.
