What makes Digital Art an original?

Artwork is original because of how it was created, not because it was made with paint on canvas.

​

Experimental POP ART is composed on the iPad by ARTISTMARK, with the artistic decisions about drawing, color, form, layering, composition, texture, and manipulation that result in original digital artwork.

​

The fact that the medium is digital doesn't necessarily make it a reproduction.

​

Think of it this way:

​

• A painter creates an original painting with oil.

• A photographer creates an original photograph.

• A sculptor creates an original sculpture.

• A digital artist creates an original digital artwork.

 

ARTISTMARK creates original paintings digitally. The iPad is the medium—not the artwork's limitation.

LEVEL 2 — SIGNATURE EDITION

ARTISTMARK — Signature Edition x/25

Typical Price: $1,200 USD for 24" × 24" work

 

Bridging the gap between original digital artwork and a conventional limited edition fine-art print.The collector receives a physical work personally signed and hand-embellished by ARTISTMARK.

A traditional entry point, the collector receives artwork is printed using museum-quality archival materials but not hand-embellished by ARTISTMARK.
